Do I need to know how to code?

No. Limaze AI is completely no-code. You interact with your studio through natural language conversations with Nexus. Everything — from lim setup to content publishing — is handled through chat.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Each studio is isolated. If you rent a studio from the marketplace, the creator cannot see your data. All credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest. We never share or sell user data.

Can lims access my real accounts?

Only if you explicitly connect them through integrations. You control which accounts lims can access, and approval workflows let you review every action before it happens.

What happens if a lim makes a mistake?

Enable approval workflows (Studio Settings → Chief Policies → Strict) to review all lim output before it goes live. You can also set specific approval rules per channel or task type.

How does the marketplace revenue work?

When someone rents your studio, you earn 70% of the monthly fee. Payouts happen monthly with a $10 minimum. You can track revenue in your web dashboard under Marketplace → Analytics.

Can I use Limaze AI on mobile?

The web dashboard is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers. Studio creation and management requires the Desktop App (macOS). Mobile app support is planned for a future release.

What AI models power the lims?

Limaze AI uses a multi-model architecture. Different tasks are routed to the most suitable model for speed and quality. The platform supports multiple providers and can be configured to use custom models on the Business plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Downgrade to the free Starter plan or cancel entirely from Settings → Billing. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.

Do lims work when I'm offline?

Scheduled tasks and the DreamTask self-improvement loop run on the cloud regardless of whether you're online. Lims continue their work 24/7.

How do I get support?

Starter plan users get community support. Pro and Business plans include priority support via the in-app help system. Business plan users get dedicated support with guaranteed response times.
